Casa Verde is a uniquely constructed house with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Newly built (2004), it consists of an open upper level with an indoor/outdoor dipping pool at the edge of the living room. Two master bedrooms with king-size beds are one level down, each with its own open-air shower and terrace. Both rooms have ceiling fans and ocean views from the terrace. On the bottom level, facing the garden, is a 3rd bedroom with private bath. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
